We are exploring transferring our phone system from CallJoy to Mighty Call. Each seems to have their unuique advantages. While we are not unhappy with CalJoy, I wonder if we could build a better system with Mighty call (which includes, multiple phone numbers, voice mail, unlimited users, and more). All key words, locations, and phrases are currently in Call Joy now and can be used as a template to build a Mighty Call voice menue. CallJoy does a good job recognizing a persons request by voice and transfering the call to the correct person. However, it lakes having it's own built in voicemeial and other features. Voice recognition is good on call joy and can you can have unlimited extentions... If someone can look at our CallJOY account and build something similar in Mighty Call, that would be great. However, I want to compare the two side-by-side before committing to one VOIP over the other. This would use Mighty Call's $39 per month plan.

Hello, I'm a former VOIP NOC technician with 10 years of experience working for a VoIP company in the US; I read your requirements, and I'm cheking MightyCall features, they only offer integration through Zapier, and I checked Zapier and they don't have MightyCall listed there, I believe the only solution if you want to keep the voice recognition commands available with CallJoy, is if we setup your MightyCall on a PBX system like Asterisk, then we can create inbound call flows and use google speech recognition to transcribe the audio into text and match with pre-defined keywords, with this setup you have the ability to use all your MightyCall features, as well as the PBX's built in features (like call queue, music on hold, time conditions, etc) .
