Hi Everyone, I'm looking for someone to design a Visual Basic application which allows the user to input two images, and it outputs a 3rd image which highlights the changed area(s) between the first and second image (using a transparent colour.) The project concept is straight forward, if you'd like more infomation please feel free to ask. Please include the word "images" in your proposal so I know you've understood the project requirements.
