Virtual Chat Assistant for Trial Users
$2-50 USD / time
We are looking for someone who can onboard our trial users via online chat when a trial user login to our platform for the very first time. This person will help them set up the system, get them activated with few actions that user has to take, and ask about their business issues that our platform can solve. We get roughly 100 trial sign-ups per month and we are expecting someone to work for 2-3 hours a day (whenever trial is activated so there is no fix hours). Only issue is trial can be activated any business day, in any hour (usually North American clock - 7am to 11pm). We would like to hire someone for 3 months to test, if the project is successful, this will turn into a long term commitment. We are open to shared agent structure so it doesn't have to be 1 person.
