Need virtual assistant for sourcing leads and data entry

81cents is a platform that helps women and underrepresented minorities through touch conversations by crowdsourcing intel from professionals in the same fields. We're looking for a virtual assistant to complete projects that are anticipated to require approximately 10 hours per week (with the possibility to increase hours and responsibilities!). will be to run searches on LinkedIn, using filters to find specific people, pull their LinkedIn profile URLs into an excel sheet, and then use an email finder to add in their email addresses. The work will include the following: Manage our system of professionals with detailed information about the users Help with lead sourcing by compiling lists from Linkedin and other mediums Manage CRM with detailed information about existing candidates Organize customized outreach campaigns (using email automation tools) to potential leads and customer check ins Skills required: Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter Experience with ContactOut, Hunter, Zerobounce Great communication skills via phone, email, and chat Strong knowledge of Excel/Sheets, Google Docs and Google Calendar We have two projects we are looking for right away. We expect this task will not take more than about an hour each (so a total of 2 hours). Task 1: Data Entry In the attached Excel sheet called “Upwork Task 1: Data Entry”, please refer to the list of LinkedIn profiles. Pulling data from each profile and using Crunchbase, please input the required information into the columns in the Leads List tab. Task 2: Sourcing Leads Based on the criteria below, please send us a list of 20-25 profiles in the document “Upwork Task 2: Sourcing Leads” that match the criteria listed in the document.
