I'm a computer technician with certificates here in Philippines, I'm willing to apply the job and I think I'm fit for this job. I fix hardware and software problem as much as I can. For the Hardware, I always check the parts when the PC/Laptop is not running always check the Ram, Processor, Video card, Power supply, Bios, HDD, Sata cable & Power cable to know what part's that cause a problem, And fix it up. If the part's need to replace to solve the problem. I will explain to the customer that some parts need to be replaced. For the Software, If the software is not running normally I just uninstall and re-install it. Sometimes the cause of this problem is maybe you need to install a driver to run the software compatibility on your OS version. If the problem stay's the same, I just try to scan using anti virus or re-format if necessary until the problem will resolved. Other than that, If the customer ask what's best for gaming I will suggest some specs that suit for online game's. I will offer her/him some parts that need to set up for online gaming PC or what Laptop that is best for online gaming. Honestly, It's my first time to apply in this online job.
