We need an experienced and organized part time support person to schedule and confirm a series of conference calls over the coming 5 weeks. The calls are prep calls for sessions of 4-5 people at a high end event in November. Most of the participants are CEOs and Board members. I am the CEO of the Vanguard Group, which runs leadership forums for next generation top leaders. We are based in New York City, but the support can be remote by phone. Ken

was excited to see your posting. My background includes serving as a customer service associate within both call-center and brick and mortar environments. And work at home environment, worked as a customer service desk for Teletech at home, where my responsibilities included handling customer interaction in guiding their calls to the appropriate department within Best Buy whether it was geek squad, online orders, television repair community relations giving customers store location and hours. Previously, I worked within two high-volume customer-support call centers for a major telecommunications carrier and a satellite television services provider.
