Take some Photos and birthday cake in Lisbon

I would like to set up birthday for my girlfirend in lisbon Portugal.

She is getting 30 and just tought to take her some where to take some photos(prefer professional one),blow the candles,some champagne,and then we are going to restaurant.

What i need;

1:place to surprise her with numbers 30 years old balloon(i want number 3 and number 0)

2;Cake to cut small one

3:photographer for some photos

4:bottle of normal afternoon champagne.

5:venue or location that the photographer suggests
