Video Animation/Editor needed for Short Ads [LONG TERM POSITION]

Good Day We are looking for a highly skilled video animator/editor to edit basic video's and images, overlaying text and highlighting certain aspects in the video/image. The videos will be used on Facebook [sponsord ads]. We are currently working with various auto finance and auto insurance companies, so the video's will mostly be of cars and people with some effects overlayed on the videos or an image made into a video by adding overlays and eye-catching effects. We have attached a few example designs so you can get the feel of what we are looking for BEFORE applying. Please take a look at these and confirm you are capable of creating something like this. Other skills that will be assessed in this initial job: * Ability to follow and execute instructions * Adherence to deadlines/speed of delivery *Quality of communication and responsiveness *Creative ability *Professional look of the content - end product We will be paying $15 for the initial job, after you have been shortlisted and chosen. (one video/image converted to video) Once you are chosen for the position and have proven your capabilities after this test job we will discuss a monthly salary at a higher rate, since the job will be semi-permanent and we will require 3+ video's every week.
