Infinite White Video Edition -- 3

We are a tech company building a fitness app. We are looking for a video editor for a test work to edit 20 short (15 seconds) exercise videos. We have over 600 videos to be edited and we are looking for a long-term working partner. The videos are exercises that will be constantly repeating on the screen. The goal here is to make the repetition of the exercise unnoticeable. The tricky part to achieve this goal is to decide which technique to use: Reverse or Cross Dissolve. For some cases Reverse is better for others Cross Dissolves is better. Here are some details of job posting and duties: The movie takes place in infinite white so someone with good knowledge of colour grading. All footages need to be edited in Adobe Premiere Pro and mp4 format. After completion editor will provide all files to me. A communicative editor is needed. When the right freelancer is found the work will be explained in deeper details.
