Hello! I checked the attached information and the actual website you provided. After seeing these, I've got a few ideas on how to make this project. We can create an in-game video player that is going to show the player the initial video, after it is done, we can create an User Interface showing the user its options. Depending on the user input, we will continue the scenario with the corresponding video. Of course, I would love to hear your ideas as well so we can get the best end result!
