2D Animation Project

We have one short movie and will provide voice over with BG.

You need to create anything else needed. Short movie is not more than 18 minutes but you will be responsible for end to end of this project. Like Animation, characters, background music, you will provide me complete movie.

For example - if in any scene background music needed to add you have to do it.

I want to clear below things

1) Our Voice Over is in Hindi Language (Indian Language), it doesn’t make much difference but just want to let you know.

2) We will provide you BG’s but you need to create any additional required as per story / VO.

3) You need to create characters which you can use after my approval. There are only 2 main characters rest have only few dialogs.

4) All money will be deposited in escrow account so please don’t ask for any advance, you will get full payment once work is completed as per our satisfaction. If you have any question please free to ask.

Files attached we are looking for this quality.

We are looking for fixed rate for this short movie not per minute rate.
