*We are looking for videographers local to the DFW area* 1 – Project Summary We are looking for a experienced videographer to perform pre-production, production, and potential post-production work for a residential and commercial property shoot. We are looking to highlight residential and commercial currently under construction in Cleburne, Texas, Both properties have a projected completion date of December 2018. The purpose is to act as a promotional content for future projects and brand awareness. 2 – Company Information The Garza Group is a real estate company founded in Cleburne, TX. We design, build, and sell custom homes and real estate throughout the Dallas Fort Worth metroplex. With over 35+ years of real estate and property development experience, we know what is it take to ensure you will love your next home. We provide construction and real estate services for residential and commercial properties in the DFW metroplex. We focus on providing residential homes first time home buyers and commercial renovation services for historic properties within the Cleburne city area. 3 – Proposal Request We are requesting to promotional videos highlighting renovation work carried out by the Garza Group. We are requesting: Pre-Production: including statement of work, concept formulation, location scouting (as needed), and storyboarding.
