Winforms VB.Net Integration with QuickBooks Online .Net SDK

I need a vb.net Winforms project completed which integrates with QuickBooks Online using QuickBooks IPP Api. Please don't bid on this project if you have no experience with QuickBooks Online IPP Api. There are two versions of QuickBooks which are desktop and Online, for this project only integration for Online is necessary. Not all api functions need to be integrated however integration of the below items is required Authenticate Oauth2 online with QuickBooks Online Retrieve a list of all Vendors with properties Retrieve a list of all Customers with properties Retrieve a list of all Bills with properties Retrieve a list of all Transactions with properties Retrieve a list of all Items with properties Retrieve A List of all Accounts with properties Create A New Vendor with all properties Create A New Customer with all properties Create A New Bill with all properties Create A New Transaction with all properties Create A New Item with all properties Must be able to pay the bill using any of the QuickBooks options for example CC or check and must be able to specify all available options for payment for instance if bill is to be paid by check than the bank check number can be specified as well as the memo. Again for all the functions need source code documented to be provided for not only the main task for example adding an item but adding an item with all available properties associated with that particular item. If you've worked with QuickBooks IPP Api before, please feel free to send me a small sample demonstrating it's functionality. Application should save OAuth 2 tokens for later use, QuickBooks issues two Oauth 2 tokens, a primary token which expires in 60 minutes and a refresh token which expires in 100 days, when a primary token is expired application will use the refresh token to obtain a valid primary token as well as anew refresh token which would extend it's 100 days expiration.
