Active Directory Group Export Analysis Tool -- 2

Hello, I require a coder to develop a program which will do two things 1) An executable that will connect to Active Directory, to an OU specified. It will then extract all the groups and all of the members of those groups. These are then stored in a SQLite DB along - it will be time stamped. 2) An executable that will then connect to this SQLLite DB and will compare two exports. It will then highlight the differences (both groups, and members changes) and will output these to a text file, and emails via SMTP. Thanks, Rob
