Create a unique website with SEO structure

I need a great website designer to make a very nice unique website with corerct SEO structure. The site sould have web2.0 look and feel and be very cool looking. This will be for a dental practice with unique services. The site will have a total of about 20-25 pages and we provide all the contents. It has to be made in HTML. YOu cannot use a template. We cancel the contract in any phase if we find the site was build from a template. Site will have mostly static contents and few forms like contact us, inquiry, request a schedule,... the forms should be emailed to an email address once filled. Send me a list of cool looking websites you have done and I will select a model. Also the site should be built SEO friendly. We start a SEO optimization right after the site is simpleted. so you will not be paid if the site is not built on SEO structure. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
