Unity3D toon shader

TOON SHADER in drawing style A proof of concept video by rocketcarmike was posted on Youtube and the shader he created looked perfect for a comic I'd like to have "drawn". I'm in need of someone familiar with Unity and shaders, specifically toon shaders, to reproduce either the online example ( based on his notes ) or something close to it. I own Amplify Shader Editor Pro if that's a help. Rocketcarmike describes the process of producing it in the comments on his Twitter page and in the Youtube comments: :: There's a halftone mapped to the UVs (just with extra tiling in this case), and the shader compares the amount of light at each pixel against the halftone texture at that pixel to decide to go full bright vs full dark. The noise is applied to vert position to scramble the silhouette and surface texture anchoring. The noise is also applied to the normals to scramble the shading a bit, so frame to frame there's differences in the amount of light at each vert. Unfortunately as someone only a little familiar with Unity myself, who hasn't been keeping on top of the updates, his descriptions were beyond me; but not you. As a Unity expert, you can read through his notes and easily create a Unity project with the latest version of the editor and then walk me through how to use it so I can employ it for my comic book plans.
