Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced full-time Team Manager to join our team. The Team Manager is responsible for managing a team of character modelers, and also rigging the characters, and importing the avatars into Unity. The ideal candidate should have experience in Unity and Blender and be ambitious towards their goals. Responsibilities: • Manage a team of character modelers and ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner • Rig characters according to the project requirements • Import characters and models into Unity • Train and mentor team members • Monitor team performance and provide feedback • Troubleshoot any issues with the characters or avatars Requirements: • Proven experience as a Character Modeler Team Manager • Experience in Unity and Blender • Ability to manage multiple tasks • Excellent problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
