The job include: - Check and validate the tests (questionnaires) - Check and validate the automatic results calculation for each test. Some tests may have been adapted - Correct or tweak the tests as needed - Review the output results and be able to create a document that explain each output result,for each test. - Verify copy right requirements if applicable - The job will be assisted by the programmer of the tests (access to test and results) - The expert should be able to take the test (in Spanish version currently available) and will receive all the output that the application is providing for verification. The programmer should be able to handle any previous received calculation instructions - The expert must be native or fluent in Spanish and English EXTENSION if interested, implementation/translation to English: - Translate or implement (get original questionnaires) the English version for each test. This will need to be quoted separately. Must verify or recommend Copy Right requirements if needed. - The expert will work with the developer to implement English version, calculation results (should be the same to Spanish version, unless otherwise explained), validate the test results and the automatic output generated. Should also include the result explanations of each output in English The intention is to keep long term relationship to evaluate test results for customers as needed. We expect promptitude and effectiveness. The project should be handled quick as expected for an Expert in Psychological tests, being a project of low complexity. Must be: - Well organized, very neat organization of work/reports - Passionate with topic - Psychological tests GURU - Detailed oriented - Able to work/communicate with US Eastern Time, especially after 5pm EST. - Ability to communicate very clear - Ability to propose alternative solutions as considered as better alternatives to the original request - High sense of ethics and professionalism – trustworthy professional - Very good Internet connection, expected over 20MBPS to facilitate communication The quote and payment is for the entire deliverable.
