Add/update all historical data on the CRM system. Researching websites, articles and publications and adding appropriate contacts to CRM. On-going visiting of client websites to obtain new contacts to add to our CRM. Contacting database contacts to verify/update contact details. Assist with other project work as required where necessary. Support the effective and efficient delivery of the day-to-day business. Personal Specification: Demonstrable experience in a similar role at an equivalent level. Knowledge of CRM systems. All aspects of MS OfficeGood understanding of working with databases. Data entry experience. Ability to manage a changing workload. Ability to multitask and deal with conflicting priorities. Quick learner and the ability to learn new skills and systems. Attention to detail. Good written and verbal English. Great experience using Google spreadsheets. Highly organized with excellent time/task management. Experience with social media marketing. As a Data Entry Assistant, you’ll support the delivery of our high-quality travel service by performing a wide range of admin tasks.

Hello, I am Elisha, a 30 year old mother of 1. I have a Masters Degree in Business Administration. I stopped working after I gave birth at the height of the COVID-19 Pandemic and decided not to go back to work then for the safety of my baby. My last work experience was with a Website Development Agency where the CEO tells me what needs to be delivered on a specific deadline, and I was tasked to: - put everything on Asana and Trello - talk to the members of the team: graphic designer, developer, content writer, marketing manager, tester, etc. - assign tasks to them and give them "internal" deadlines, meaning my deadlines for them before the actual deadline of the task from the CEO - once they are done with the tasks, they need to send me the link to the pages they worked on so that I can do the last check before giving the links to the CEO for last check and for publishing online.
