125mm Race Mechanic Holding Lollipop Figure Required

I require a custom designed 3D model of a race mechanic (overalls and helmet) whose hands are arranged to hold a stick. This is so a lollipop can be held by the figure (example photo attached). I have recently purchased a few .stl figures from Heroforge and printed them on my 3D printer (4 different poses attached) but because that is a site for D&D characters, I am unable to purchase a figure in overalls or with hands arranged to hold a stick, but with no stick in place. Also since I am looking to provide these free of charge to people at motorsport events, I don't wish to use heroforge figures for legal reasons. I will probably get the models printed by Shapeways or by someone who can print in Silicone (if that's even possible). I am starting up a business providing motorsport related candy to racing teams called Silverstone Bakehouse ([login to view URL]) and these figures will be used to help sell lollipops.
