3-D printing

Hi, I'm located in the USA and have a large-format, high-quality polymer 3D printer, the BCN3D SigmaX (with an 11"x17" print bed, one of the biggest on the market). I would be happy to print the filter for you, then ship it to you from Alabama anywhere in the USA. I would recommend some minor changes to the 3d model of the filter screen mounting arms to allow for internal reinforcement with fiberglass (I would make those changes in 3D, then print them, and then manually add the fiberglass reinforcement myself), because in my experience with 3D printing, they would easily snap off once printed. Fortunately, I have been 3D printing for 5 years and have made functional and high-strength parts with the reinforcement technique I would recommend you have me use. Additionally, I have 8 years of 3D modeling experience. My bid includes everything: -Material costs -Shipping in the USA -Any cleanup operations required on the STL prior to printing -The work to generate the G-Code for printing -The machine hours -Reinforcing the mounting arms with chopped glass fiber and epoxy. Hi I can work with a whole variety of cad formats. Catia and Solidworks like most other cad softwares can save 3d models in stl formats. And I have a cad file conversion software which can batch convert a wide range of cad formats to give out cad formats in the desired output. But It's not clear what, your project requirement is. I have done 3 projects in freelancer. 1) Assembly and Simulation of Robotic arm using Catia. 2) Editing and Assembly of Pill Dispenser and its parts using Solidworks 3) Design and Assembly of Breeding Box for Parrots using Solidworks I have used reverse engineering module and I am familiar with sketch tracer module so it is even possible to sketch and construct surfaces from mere jpg files of models
