Hello! I can create 3D model of the case in Solidworks (2018 version), Autodesk Inventor or Fusion 360 with all necessary details including technical drawings and flat patterns if needed. After that I can convert model in whatever format you need, so you could easily import it into another programs or print it. I have over 9 years of experience in 3d modelling and drafting. Some of my models was printed, cutted with CNC and laser, used in VR/AR. Also I have experience in prototyping. The changes seems to be very easy, although it will need a redesign of the casing as .stl files are mesh files and can't be edited. For editing .step or .igs files are required. The total cost for this will be 80USD and i can complete it within a day. Please send a message to discuss more as i need to know which parts are you referring to with the names in the description. If required i can also make this design waterproof (chargeable). I'm a mechanical engineer - specialized in the industrial robotic field, 3D designer and modeler (from time to time and some projects I could make the functional prototype too). I'm doing product design, industrial design, reverse engineering, ideation, etc. I have over 15 years experience working on various systems/devices across multiple industries, from concept to launch. 1 - as you most probably concluded, the design is not suitable for molding... (it is ok for 3d printing, but still needs some adjustments) 2 - would be easier to have some drawings, sketches with the modifications you want and also the dimensions on the drawings 3 - couldn't open the fpp and gx files but probably they are the same as the stl... 4 - would be more useful to work with stp214 file instead of stl... we could discuss all the details here...
