Our company provides complete development, asset, and portfolio management services including land acquisition, commercial & residential development, marketing research, value-added strategies, financing, property management and leasing, and other related capabilities.

Responsibility:
• Create project site models based on site/floor plans
• Model theming and signage assets based on artistic direction provided
• Generate documentation of theming and signage assets for owner’s approval
• Prepare scenes for final rendering
• Provides graphic support for all aspects of the design process
Qualification:
• Previous experience in Interior, Exterior and 3D Modeling
• Expert knowledge in Sketchup, Rhinoceros, 3D MAX, Autocad and Photoshop.
• Fluent English is a must. Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
