I'm a mechanical engineer - specialized in the industrial robotic field, 3D designer and modeler (from time to time and some projects I could make the functional prototype too). I'm doing product design, industrial design, reverse engineering, ideation, etc. I have over 15 years experience working on various systems/devices across multiple industries, from concept to launch. 1 - will be necessary to clarify a lot more details/info - what architecture the robot will have, what kind of containers, feeding/evacuation sequence, opening type, precision, repeatability, etc,etc 2 - we could design this robot (as long as will have all the data) till the last part (cears, motors, joints, articulations, etc) and provide you with the cad files to build we could discuss all the details here - specs of the robot/project, final price and time frame - depending on the complexity of the work, deliverables, etc...
