3D interior design for Women Saloon + Lobby + Passage

1- Lobby 3D design - Want it to be same Idea but new innovation and dentifrice style, I want your ideas on it. As well CAD is attached. 2- Saloon 3D and CAD ( Office 05 ), We want it to be same 100% ----------------------------------------- * Saloon 3D interior design: ( height 3.7m ) - 3D Max and Vray needed for this design. - 3D images and drowning are attached.. Need the final project to be exactly 100% the same. ( Modeling + lighting + materials + Texture ) + All furniture. - A/C unit will be ceiling type ( Lines ) - Need to get 4K render image size + 2X2m with resolution of 150 Pix/Inch from different angels same as attached images ( for banner printing ). + Open roof and top view shot as 3D plan. - Need to get project file, all materials and texture using in one folder. ----------------------------------------------- * Lobby ( height 4.5 m ) + Passage ( height 3.7 m ) 3D interior Design: - 3D Max and Vray needed for this design. - Similar Idea images are attached. But Need new idea and innovation. - Drawing is attached.. Need the final project to be exactly in same quality. ( Modeling + lighting + Texture ) - Need to add some chairs and sofas for waiting area with some trees in lobby. - Add 75 inch screen same as attached one for lobby. - Show the entrance Auto Glass slide door for lobby. - A/C unit will be ceiling type ( Lines ). - Need to add access card devices for each door in the passage. - Doors type will be provided later. -Need to get 4K render image size + 2X2m with resolution of 150 Pix/Inch from different angels. + Open roof and top view shot as 3D plan. -Need to get project file, all materials and texture using in one folder.
