Furniture and Space design for coliving company

We are in need of interior space designers who can help us design a co-living space for bachelors and young age professionals. We need innovative design, creative furniture and vibrant space designs that excites young crowd, is durable, modular and easy to use. The designs are to be in brand colors of blue, yellow and green. We will need the interior design for Bedroom, Kitchen, Living cum dining room and common community place. The furniture that is essentially needed in bedroom are a. Single Beds with Storage ( Two per room) b. Side tables for beds with lockable drawer (Two per Room) c. Wardrobes with 2 doors (Two Per Room) Living cum Dining Space Furniture a. Sofa cum bed /Sofa b. Dining table or Study Table (3/4 Seater Dining Table) c. Show Rack, TV Unit d. Center Table Kitchen a. Cabinets for basic storage space for other items such as small refrigerator, hotplate etc Common Community Items This is a flat with 2 bhk converted for office and common community items. This space will be used for serving breakfast for 10-12 persons at a time, playing games as carom, chess. Will have a large TV mounted on wall. A place were people can eat, relax, interact, play music and games and have fun filled time. The same place will be used for serving breakfast in morning time before professionals leave for office or college What we need 1. A full description of ideas as to how this space will be conceived, designed and delivered (delivery or manufacturing part is out of scope right now, but we need the brief in writing as how it can be assembled, disassembled etc.) 2. CAD design of Space and Furniture 3. Innovative design that caters to young crowd mobility, security and convenience needs, has durability, ease of use and maintenance.
