3D Face Animation for Stop Motion Project

I'm creating a stop motion project. I'd like to use face replacement animation using 3D printed parts. I'd just need the basic mouth positions and in-between positions. A few specialty positions are needed too. No body animation is needed. A plus would be if you could also provide 3D modeling. There are at least 6 (possibly 10) characters that need animation. This is an IndieGoGo funded project and the campaign has not started yet, so budget hasn't been determined.
