I am pretty sure that I can fix that mess. The 3D artist that did that used Decimated master or somenthing like that right? Or just polymodel the whole thing? I have experience on fixing artifacts and doing models ready for 3D print, I have done some here on Freelancer, but its under NDA, In my profile there is feedback about that project. I will remodel the triangles into arcs, and send you some renders for feedback so we can achieve the desire product. Would be useful to see some other products done with that plastic molds, just to have some reference and know that I am on the right path, because there are quite a lot of mold casting methods out there.
