Design An Amazing 55' House Boat!

I drown the "Kween Merry" in 100 feet of freezing cold water on Great Slave Lake, in Northern Canada, 2 years ago. It was a 40 ft, all aluminum, twin engine, house boat made by a company (now extinct) called Kingscraft. And now I want another one. But this time we are going to do it up right and we need your help!
We have purchased a bigger Kingscraft (the biggest model ever built) and are having it trucked 2,400 miles North from Page Arizona to it's new home in Yellowknife, Northwest Territories. This bad boy is 55' long and 15' wide with a draft of 34" and when we are done it is going to be the nicest Kingscraft above the waves!
The next step is to find a designer/CAD expert (you!) to help us put it all back to gather in CAD/3D so that we can plan it to perfection. I envision starting with the base hull/superstructure and then adding layers for the various elements (ie. mechanical, electrical, navigation, lighting, solar + batteries & inverter) and as we add each layer I want to calculate certain things like weight and balance.
I am looking for a person or firm with creativity that is able to take existing specifications and pictures and turn that, plus our vision, into a fully interactive, layered, 3D model that we can edit and print.
I have decided to turn this first stage (creating the superstructure) into a contest

Thank you all for your bids but this was submitted as a "CONTEST" (for the first stage only) and not a "PROJECT" (for bid). Unfortunately this post is incomplete and does not include the details of what is being asked for in this first stage.
Please see the contest details published the same day, with the same name. There you will find pictures and specifications for the boat as well as details of what the works is for the first phase.
I will also be increasing the prize and reducing the complexity of what is being asked for under the contest to encourage more people to compete. And remember, this contest is for the **first phase only**. I will pay additional fee's for the rest of the work once I select a vendor.
