Create a video - a sustainable city. I want the video to be realistic.

This project is approximately 40-80 hours work for a skilled designer. So, please dont send me, "I will do this for 10 usd", or "this will cost 4,000 usd". Then you have not understood the project. Any offer where it is obvious for me you have not read the full spec and the enclosed document, will be deleted.

I can add the project cost to an escrow account, but I will release no funds until completion.

This project will start April 2nd and I will provide a specific storyboard. For now, there is only a powerpoint to look at, see enclosed file.

The video have three sets. The first set is inside a kitchen. Then there is a focus switch out from the kitchen window to the outside city environment. Now the focus is like if it was filmed from a helicopter 15 meters up, following a street. Then imagine that the helicopter rises and flies higher and higher and at the end the city is just a dot. Then the third set starts which is a map.

First set: 1 minute

Second set: 1 minute

Third set: 45 seconds

I assume the second set will take approximately 75% of the work effort in this project.

I will add voice to the video post production.

I will have suggestions on 3-4 different kind of buildings, 3-4 different facades, and 3-4 different colours. Combining these this will get 20-25 different building. Also see enclosed image. The third set is not explained. However, the third set is simple, approximately 5% of total work effort.
