Blender work for 3D scanned photorealistic avatar

We are now developing photo realistic avatar We did 3D scan with using 16k camera x 140 to shoot the model both reference ( with hair and cloth ) and half naked model to be brush up Now we need blender artist to do 1 Brush up the model 2 Texture , use original texture from scan data 3 Add the hair and cloth as natural as possible 4 Body Rigging and facial rigging 5 Then some animation All or some part , All we need is the best quality , but strictly blender only Since we will make the model move eventually in blender eevee engine Please let me know if you can do 1 ~ 5 or any of those Your necessary time and price patricianly job are also ok for example if you are great modeler but not great animator Your past similar works as reference please contact if you have enough skill to achieve the reference picture. since what we scanned is already close to this quality.
