BIM from 2D-drawings

I work for a construction company in Sweden. We want to start using models more in our calculations by turning 2D drawings into a model that we can use for quantity takeoffs and estimation in the early stages of projects. We are looking for a partner that can learn how we want these kinds of projects for us and be able to do them on demand with relative brief advance. As a pilot project, we want to see what kind of quality we can get from doing the model abroad. One challenge is that the drawings and descriptions are in Swedish. We are looking for basic models where we can use volumes, areas, length, and count of different objects for estimation. There is no need for any fancy visualisation/rendering. Objects with different kinds of characteristics need to be set apart with different IDs. For example different kinds of walls, doors, ceilings etc. In the long run, we want to have these objects classified to a Swedish standard but for starters just the IDs that is used on the drawings to set them apart will be fine. We are looking for revit-models in containing - slabs - columns - beams - walls - roofs - floors - ceilings - doors - windows - spaces This project contains 3 small buildings and some outdoor deck and pontoon. We would like to have the models delivered like this: - One for building A - One for building B - One for building C - One with deck and pontoons + showing finished ground. All these with the same local coordinate system ofc. Because its a pilot project i dont have all the specifics now of the end product. I require that we have a good communication during this project and solve problems on the way. Attached is all the drawings + a sample model from a earlier project as reference. A freelancer who is able to make 3D-models for ventilation and piping is a plus. We might want models for that as well. Regards Arvid
