This is a new game concept for middle school kids and above. I want to build a prototype to test the concept, and for that I need help with 3-D simulations and mechanical drawings explaining how the interlocking and sliding on the rails, attachments of new blocks and their separations will work. The stepper motor assembly and electronics PCB need not be shown, but place-holders can be shown in the designs, Materials will be chosen later, this prototype might be made on wood and metallic frames (other recommendations will be highly appreciated) Please refer to the attached sheet for more details on the design requirements
Drawings expected:
1. Drawing of a single block showing roller wheels and side frames
2. Drawing of the empty frame showing connectors/locks to couple/decouple with adjacent frames, and grooves to slide over rails
3. Rails with grooves on which blocks slide, separator rail
3-D simulations
1. How new blocks will slide of rails and get added to the main puzzle frame
2. How 2 frames will slide on adjacent rails and then get attached together as one frame and slide on a wider rail
3. How separator rail will separate a big frame into 2, and they will now slide on 2 smaller rails
4 . Block movement of a nxm block, shuffling of blocks like a sliding puzzle
