• Design & Detail Engineering of Static Equipment for Oil & Gas , Petro chemical, and Refineries & Power Plant • I am acquainted with the application of ASME Section VIII Div. 1 & its reference codes / standards like ASME Section II. D, ASME B16.5, etc. • Performing Strength calculations & Analysis of Pressure vessels & Storage Tanks both manually and by PV-Elite software. • Read & Review of Customer Drawings to state the Deviations and get clarified with the customer. • Preparing, checking, reviewing and revising the drawings and Design calculations/ specifications before submitting to client for approval. • Preparing the Design of Equipment as per scope of purchase order. • Preparation of mechanical details of Pressure Vessels & heat Exchangers at proposal stage. • Familiar with relevant codes like ASME, TEMA, etc. • Sound knowledge in PV-ELITE, CODECAL, PIPE DATA PRO , AUTOCAD with knowledge of manual calculations according to ASME SEC VIII DIV-1 • Familiar in making programs in MS EXCEL for solution of Design Calculations of parts of static equipment According to ASME codes. Basic knowledge of MS-office. • Good Command on modeling software: SOLIDWORKS, CATIA V-5, AUTOCAD. • Knowledge about Staad-pro ,Autodesk inventor and Google Sketchup
