Create an Model Rig and Animation To Augusto Zori Comba

Please take my blender files and transition and model and rig them in Maya 2016. Later you will do 5 animations to see the functionality of the model and rig... ----------------------------- WHAT I HAVE 1) All my characters in blender files rigged ready (so be familiar with blender or at least know how to convert it to other format) 2) Storyboard for all songs NEED I need a quality and fast animator that can make the movies and also render them for me. TIMELINE I need this project completed by Nov 20, so i may split the job into two freelancers. BUDGET I only have $500 for the entire project!
