We require a Telemarketer with excellent English skills to up sell our security services to public houses, nightclubs, live event venues in Cardiff, Swansea, Newport Bridgend and Bristol in the UK. You will generate qualified leads for us to follow up and set appointments for our sales team to close. Bonuses and regular work for the right candidate. Must have excellent English speaking skills. Set-up in 2008, the business is based in Trowbridge, Wiltshire, and has recently opened a new office in Cardiff. Helping clients to provide a safe environment for customers, visitors and staff whenever and where ever the service is required, the company provides businesses with a professional security service. With highly qualified, experienced and expert staff, the service is designed to meet legal requirements and to provide an outstanding customer service for the client to the public. Consisting of qualified event and security staff, the operatives supplied by the business are selected for the customer’s requirements. Available 24 hours a day, the operatives are selected to suit customer needs and to improve the security at the customers event or premises. With over 150 fully qualified staff members, RS Security has a professional team, qualified to the relevant security industry standards. RS Security has an expanding network of clients, based both in the local area, and across the south west, including Local Authorities, pubs clubs and restaurants, event and sporting venues. The managing director Robert Deadman, has been involved in the Security Services business for many years, and has built a management team who all have vast experience in all aspects of security work based around events, door work, and hospitality. We specialise in providing SIA licensed door staff, close protection staff, stewards, parking marshals and general security staff to events and venues, either directly or as a sub - contractor. All of our staff are vetted in house by RS Security before being given employment, in order to provide only the best calibre of staff. Our staff all have experience in aspects from Pit Crew, to ticket collection, Front door searching, to backstage security at major events. Many of our staff undergo further voluntary training, ranging from first aid, to child safeguarding to level 2NVQ in car parking duties, which can be a valuable asset at large events and festivals. All RS security staff also complete a minimum of NVQ 2 in Spectator safety, with many also doing a level 3.
