Responsibilities and Duties (L1 Support Engineer) - Respond to and resolve help desk requests - Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues - Keep a record of issues and support cases - Manage the configuration and operation of client-based computer operating systems - Monitor the system daily and respond immediately to security or usability concerns - Administrate infrastructure, including firewalls, databases, and other processes - Assist in all admin work and documentation
