Hi , we are a gemological laboratories and we use a device called DIAMOND 360, to take pictures of jewels and gems we certify. The device is connected to a PC with a windows 8.1 (64 bit) and its software in 32bit. We're having some fault using the device so I think it may be the software version which is not compatible with the Windows version and I need you guys to have a look into if it can be fixed.
