Build me a Stock/ETF/Indice Options Screening Program that links into my OptionsXpress Account for Information

Hi, I’m looking for someone that can build me a stock/ETF/Indices options screening program (open to which software / platform you use to do so). Specifically, the job is creating a program that link’s into my OptionsXpress online trading account (login information will be provided) to get real time stock / etf / index and option data required to create a list of stocks, ETF’s and Indice’s that meet a list of about 12 qualitative criterion for my options trading and that can pull a couple of extra informational data points on the options that meet this criteria (just as further references to confirm the strength of a trade). Examples of criteria are: • Stocks/Indices/ETF’s price to be above a certain $ value. • Stocks/Indices/ETF’s delta below “x” amount, • Stocks/Indices/ETF’s, option strike price no more than ‘x’ above the stock market price etc… I’ll need some feedback as to whether it is realistic to be able to extract a comprehensive list of ALL Stock/Index/ETF options that meet these criteria or if it is more realistic for me to create a list of my favoured stocks/indices and ETF’s for the program to scan to reduce the volume of information going through the system. I am not at all programming savvy so I’ll need help to understand what is actually possible. I understand that it’s likely the person doing the job for me will need to take a look at the OptionsXpress platform and understand how that operates before being able to get a handle on the job. I can get that to you once I have reviewed your profile and think you could be up to the task. An understanding of options trading, particularly the trading of credit spreads and a knowledge of the OptionsXpress platform would obviously be hugely advantageous to someone who already has the technical skill to create this type of program for me. Because a lot of ongoing discussion and explanation needs to occur, the ability to understand clearly what I need and communicate with me is of the utmost importance, I therefore require bidders to have a very strong command of the English language. I am not too concerned with the timeframe on this. I’m more concerned with the person I’m working with having the ability to understand and refine the program as we progress to ensure that it can do what I need it to.
