Hello To build the solution I will need the RFID readers and IP cameras in place. The transactions and recordings will be collected into a database. The web service will be linked to the database. The front end web application will communicate with the web service and it will display all the transactions and recorded videos. As I understand you need create system that will trigger video recording when truck arrives with RFID label? Please clarify your infrastructure. HW for RFID readers, Video hardware. Video hardware most important because of making from scratch IPTV server is very big and hard task so I expect that you already have IPTV server, need only call API to start/stop and mark recording for future use. So basically I see this project as three parts: 1. DB to store data, configuration, logins, etc. 2. Service which will monitor RFID readers and deal with Video-server via API/SDK 3.
