I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed for Windows . I have two files that I would Like to load into excel - one is a simple import of a bank eft file (file B) and one is a more complex import of a set of point of sale data sets (file A).

I would like to Ascertain if all EFT transactions in file A are contained in file B and report of data exceptions.
