Greetings, I have gone through your pdf in other words i have opened and reviewed the pdf. I have good experience on building Client sockets using TCP. I have worked on socket programming for building a wifi thermostat which talks with another server socket to get information and update the temperature automatically. I can help you build this project using 1) ASP.NET MVC 2) C# 3) Jquery I have knowledge on how to send heart beat message to the server for every 5 seconds.
