C# Sync Record between Desktop APP and Web APP

we have one table where entry can be made from online and offline. offline record modification can be done from 20 diff places. (even when user is offline) So i need a seemless function/Method/code so data can be synchronization throughout all system based on changes and connectivity. I hv read it can be done with Microsoft Sync Framework. But developer have to gv me this code by keeping all scenario in mind. ****** Only one table with around 15 columns Need to be sync only. ****** Code will be used in existing desktop and web application.

I already handle distributed application using C#, AspNetCore, WebForms, and Azure Cloud. This features should be required a discussion about the solution and the implication when data has inconsistency with the master database especially when all the users have changed the same record offline and sync to the master.

Hello Dear, Please elaborate the scenario little more. 1. is your web and desktop app share the same database instance and table? 2. What does you mean by syncing desktop app and web apps? 3. So probably web app is using on Database table, and each of 20 desktop app is using individual database instances, right? So you want to sync with your each database with the web apps database isntance OR you want to update all db including all desktop apps as well web app? Let me know. Thanks.
