We want suitecrm to do the following for us: Data Seggregation We want to allow remote workers to access the crm to enter the data and only be able to see what they entered. When they try to enter duplicate data which matches other users it should be stopped. Email Drip -send email for campaigns at random delay interval to make it look like its being sent manually -set a number of days after which want to automatically send a follow-up, follow up 2, follow up 3 and so on as many follow ups as we want -detect replies and stop sending follow ups: Replies from different address to pick up, forwards and autoresponders -emails to carry salutation and name -statistics of opens and clicks Quote your cost for doing this.
