spring boot short tasks to be integrated in sample project with inovative and dynamic UI for each task

we have java spring boot application created  with postgrey database .

I have below few functionalities to be added in the same.

my deadline 4th Jan  and budget is tight and fixed.

it's maven project.. And connection type is jpa.

tasks are as below :

1. currently we run it on one computer with local host configuration  ... Now we want to run this application  seamless in LAN where server will have DB and Application  and client will have only application  . So data will be changed only on server machine.

you have to make all nessary changes to the sample and give us training we will integrate it in our main project and test [url removed, login to view] should be able to run on mobile phone connected on same network.

2.i need dynamic access management  to be created as there should be role creation and role will be assigned  access then user will be created and assigned role.

I should be able to give form wise access and only forms and menu should be visible for which I have the access and this should be work in lan and cloud as well.

3.i want to assign Image to unit in sample form and retrieve it on need basis 

[url removed, login to view] same application  i should be able to connect to a mysql database on shared hosting which will have username mobile number and key if user confirms all three one time he will get access to application else he will be asked to contact us .

Also on successful registration the complete row should be deleted from server DB.

5. I need help and training for hosting my application on cloud .
