This is a very simple task.. depending on the practices of the company or "test file" this could take minutes or hours.. the summary will take about 30 mins of advanced understanding on the subject to really hit home the message / reccommendations going forward in the company. I could do this task in one day..one hour...if its urgent.. depending of course on the keyspace/time to crack ... but seeing as this is a sample file.. and the time allocated on the sheet in question..indicates it can be done very swiftly. but two days is my bid.. to ensure i made it an excellent job and to avoid unforseen issues.. two days.. no problem.
