For the past few years I have been working at agencies with studio teams of UX designers, visual designers, product owners and developers to deliver digital programmes of work and digital products. In my most recent role at AKQA, I managed all tactical and strategic web projects for a a large client. I was responsible for establishing priorities with the client, defining requirements, putting together scoping and briefing documents for the developers. I planned sprints to deliver projects working with teams to refine technical requirements. I also managed all the priorities for the dev team and set up projects using Jira, groomed tasks, created project documentation and ran daily stand ups to ensure tasks and projects were tracking accordingly. In addition to this, I managed budgets, forecasts and reported on project status to senior management. A core part of my role was to oversee priorities for the team of developers and to collaborate with internal teams to deliver projects successfully.
Therefore I am a very detail orientated person with experience in creating software documentation and process documents. I have also previously worked as a process manager.
Given my background and experience in software project management I think that I would be a great fit for the role as I could offer a mixture of experience. Happy to chat in more detail.
