We need to develop an application either in Java or .NET that has the following features:
* Scan pages directly from the scanner (Twain at least)
* Scan multiple pages and transform in one PDF
* Scan to PDF or image and it it one page
* Index fields from the scanned pages
* Be able to índex adhoc documents
* Define adhoc fields and how to OCR the data on this field
* Be able to define types of documents
* Define fields and how to OCR the data on this field
* Be able to obtain the whole text of a document scanned via OCR
* Scan area where
* Select the type of document to upload or adhoc
* Scan the document and index the fields according to the type of document or the adhoc field definition
* OCR the final document
* Allow the user to correct any problems of the indexed fields
* Save local the scanned doc
* Allow sigle and multi scan upload
* Be able to define a URL where the system will upload a single saved scanned doc
* Be able to define a URL where the system will upalod a batch of saved scanned docs
* A interface that wil integrate all of these features
* Be multi lingual the interface
* Technologies
* Use either .NET or Java (if Java, has to work on Windows and Mac)
* If used any library, it cannot have extra cost
