SATA Blu Ray Recorders in Towers

We are a 3 decades old specialized IT company. We make storage, duplication and destruction peripherals for computers. A product line we were an early adopter of was SCSI based CD-ROM read-only towers, and also SCSI based CD-ROM recordable towers. With the advent of Blu Ray and SATA interfaces it is difficult to built larger tower arrays because we run into the limitations of devices to connect to the SATA interface. We would like to build a 10 Blu Ray tower array and have control over each Blu Ray recorder and ideally, we would like to be able to daisy-chain multiple 10 recorder towers. We are looking for an software/hardware engineer who has the experience and knowledge to make this system. An NDA and assignment of any potential IP rights is mandatory. Please do not respond to this job posting simply saying you have years of expertise and you are certain that you can build this architecture. This is not a simple project. Proposals will be considered from all qualified applicants who understand the complexity of this project from a hardware and software perspective and who have a demonstrated engineering background capable of understanding the electric signal paths of SATA interfaces and how to overcome the engineering issues associated with a multiple tower.
