ROCKSTAR Lead Full-Stack Developer for Long-Term project

We are looking for an experienced full stack developer to join our new start-up company. You will lead a team to deliver both client-side and the back-end for a new web application – and your primary focus will be to build the application from scratch and secure a rapid progress, so we can meet the deadlines with an outstanding product. High commitment and deep technical insights of how to structure all aspects of an application like this is expected. The artistic design and functionalities to the application will be delivered to you, but we will ask the teams help with animations. You will be the technical part of a small highly dedicated and skillful team (still in the establishment phase) set out to build and market this new application. You will work closely with the product lead to secure the best possible product for the end users, and your technical knowledge will be greatly appreciated to this new organization. Responsibilities • Building the development infrastructure to secure a well-organized and a high performing project and product • Delivering a complete web application on both back-end and front-end side • Ensuring high performance in the application • Ensuring a secure and bug-free environment to grow upon • Coordinating the workflow between you and possible future team mates • Making sure the work is delivered on time always Skills and Qualifications • Deep knowledge of JS practices and commonly used modules based on extensive work experience • Deep knowledge of PHP, and ability to work in PHP frameworks such as Laravel • Rich experience with API’s and integrations • Creating self-contained, reusable, and testable modules and components • Validating user actions on the client side and providing responsive feedback • Experience with Database-programming and structuring • Experience with Scrum or similar methods • Experience with Git and team collaboration software • Ability to meet strict deadlines • Good capabilities of technical English • A team player mindset with good communication skills The job will be long-term and there will be possibilities for future employment for the right candidate. We believe in fair payment for a job well performed. Yet keep in mind that this is the earliest of start-up phases so there will be a tight budget until launch our product.
